230 ml milk
2 spoons of yeast (id say 7 grams)
1 spoon of sugar
480 gr of bread flower
1 TEAspoon of salt
1 egg
2 spoons of 'soft' butter, also extra to grease things
then to make them shiney nice for just before you put them in the oven,
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of water (warm)
mix that, paint on the buns, dump some sesame seed on it
heat the milk until almost cooking. Take of the heat, and let it cool down so you no longer burn your fingers. Take a bowl and mix the yeast, 2 spoons of warm water and a knife point of sugar. Let it rest for a minute or 5, it should start to bubble. Then put the flower, salt and the rest of the sugar in (another bowl) and mix it. Mix it good, and make a little crater in the middle. Take the bowl with the yeast mixture, and add the egg, butter and milk. Mix it well and then poor it into the crater of the flower mixture/bowl. Mix until all moisture absorbed by the flower. Put the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place until its doubled in size. Cut it into 8 even pieces and roll those into nicely firm balls. Place those on a baking tray and cover them with plastic or something, and let them rise another 30 minutes. (preheat the oven at 200 degrees) Then make the water and egg yolk mixture to paint on the buns and add the seeds. Bake them for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
