Overview

r3rr.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the service when a complete and valid notice is provided to our designated agent.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the specific URL(s) on r3rr.com where the infringing material is located.
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@r3rr.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

r3rr.com reserves the right to disable access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

Response Time

We aim to process valid takedown notices within 72 hours of receipt. Notices that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements above may be disregarded.
